SHIPPING: Standard processing time is 2-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time will vary depending on your location within the United States. On average, you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days in the US. 

SEASONAL PRODUCTS: It's important to note that certain natural products, such as whipped butters, salves & lotion bars cannot be shipped during warmer months due to the risk of melting. Some fragrances and flour sack towels rotate seasonally as well. 
 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact gwen@gwensgardengoods.com to assist you in resolving the issue. Please note that physical returns are not accepted due to the nature of the products and hygiene regulations. A replacement or refund might be provided under specific conditions if you reach out within 10 days of receiving your order.
